Project Manager

Gort (Site-Based with Travel)

€60,000 - €90,000 + Car Allowance or Company Car + Annual Bonus + Training Support

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing modular construction and fit-out business delivering high-value projects across Ireland and Europe, with excellent scope for international exposure, ongoing training, and long-term career development.

Are you confident managing complex construction projects from design through to completion? Would you like to join a company with a strong team culture and exciting plans for European expansion?

This company began as a fit-out specialist and has grown into a leading provider of modular buildings and turnkey solutions. Operating across healthcare, education, cleanrooms and data centres, they typically deliver high value projects to repeat customers which they have established strong relationships with particularly across the UK and EU markets.

In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from inception to handover, managing procurement, client liaison, site and factory teams, and design meetings. You'll be based in Gort with regular travel to sites and occasional optional work abroad.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the construction industry, ideally within modular or high-tech sectors. A hands-on attitude, strong leadership skills, and drivers' licence is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior-level role with real influence, in a company that rewards initiative and values its people.

The Role:
· Manage modular and fit-out projects from start to finish
· Lead teams across factory and site operations
· Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and internal departments
· Oversee procurement and design coordination
· Travel to sites across Ireland and mainland Europe as needed

The Person:
· Strong experience in construction (modular, pharma, medtech, or data centre projects)
· Client-facing with excellent communication and team leadership skills
· Based within reach of Gort and open to site-based travel
· Full driving licence
