As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring cutting-edge production lines run smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working a Shift Pattern: 3-on, 3-off | 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM or 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM – 2 roles available, EITHER day or night shift (not both).
  • Maintain Production Machinery
  • Provide support to achieve production output standards
  • Plan Preventative maintenance programs
  • Maintain machine spare parts
  • Advise on technical issues
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Respond quickly to machine breakdowns
  • Monitor machine performance
  • Support training activities
  • Pre-plan the maintenance activities
  • Ensure sufficient spares are available
  • Analyse and monitor breakdown frequencies
    Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - What You’ll Bring:
  • Qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Tooling/Plastics processing, either through an apprenticeship or HND/Degree.
  • Experience within a medium to high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of high-speed automated assembly processes.
  • Experience of problem solving and fault finding on manufacturing machines.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office.
