Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire

Hours: 8.15am – 4.45pm (1.15pm on a Friday) 37.5 hrs a week

Salary: £12.50 (Temp-to-perm)

A leading Manufacturer and supplier of high-quality medical devices and equipment is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team as Production/Factory Operators. Our client is based in an immaculate new facility, with modern technological appliances, so candidates must be proficient in assembling intricate parts. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about contributing to the healthcare industry, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

Pick parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials then assemble.

Assemble devices by examining connections for correct fit.

Verify specifications by testing manufactured products and produce Test Certificate.

Print labels with batch information and affix to products.

Prepare packaging ready for despatch.

Work in small teams to ensure the work is being completed in a timely manner and to the best of your ability.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production/factory environment is preferred but not essential.

Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components with precision.

Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Must be able to commute to Hertford.
