Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to drive our Patient Growth proposition within the medtech market. This high-impact role will see you take full ownership of our CRM offering, transforming it into a market-leading solution seamlessly integrated with our core products.

What You'll Do

Own and deliver the product roadmap for Patient Growth, focusing on CRM enhancements and integration with core services.
Translate strategy into an actionable backlog, collaborating with senior stakeholders and business leadership.
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and work with design and engineering teams for efficient delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and operations to align the proposition with business goals.
Create product briefs, epics, and developer-ready stories/tickets.
Champion user needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
Engage with customers bi-monthly, sharing product updates, encouraging roadmap voting, and managing feature requests.
Monitor app usage to identify valuable features, share insights and recommend improvements.
Analyse the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in B2B SaaS, CRM, or medtech-adjacent fields.
Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver impactful digital products.
Strong planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with JIRA and related tools.
Strong commercial acumen and user empathy.
A structured, delivery-focused mindset, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence in managing complex integrations and external partnerships.
A passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting medtech growth.Desirable

Experience in medtech or healthtech industries.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI, or marketing automation.
Understanding of financial tools and patient financing models.
