✨ What’s the opportunity?

This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio, crafting and delivering marketing strategies that resonate globally. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, sales experts, and leading clinicians to launch products with purpose and precision 🎯.

🔧 In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption

  • Create compelling content from case studies and clinical results to digital campaigns and video content 🎥

  • Equip international sales teams with impactful tools and messaging

  • Work with KOLs and beta sites to generate advocacy and product insights

  • Use market data and customer feedback to shape pricing and positioning strategies 💬

  • Present to internal and external audiences with confidence and clarity 🗣️

  • Support product launches, post-market feedback, and ongoing product evolution

    💼 What you’ll bring:

  • Proven marketing experience in a technical or regulated industry, we'd ideally love Life Sciences industry experience.

  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field 🎓

  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and digital

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence cross-functionally

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working at pace ⚡

  • High-level IT skills, including digital marketing and social media know-how

  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally ✈️
