We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales of our product portfolio. If you have a proven sales track record and a passion for medical devices, this role is for you. Full product training will be provided, though prior medical device experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use cold calling, events, and marketing strategies to generate new business.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and report on sales pipeline via CRM, updating senior leadership bi-weekly.
  • Market Expansion: Research trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Brand Development: Increase company visibility and drive revenue across the product portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Partnerships: Nurture existing partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and provide training as needed.
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in medical devices.
  • Track record of sales growth in an SME or mid-tier tech company.
  • Driven by exceeding targets and earning commission.
  • Strong lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Technical interest in medical devices is a plus.
