Evolve are partnering with leading medical equipment manufacturer who are seeking a Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to join their team. You’ll be overseeing the daily operations of our clients warehouse, this means you will ensure efficient stock management, compliance with medical standards, and lead a dedicated team to maintain operational excellence.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Cardiff.

Ideal Requirements for the Warehouse Manager

  • Experience in warehouse & supply chain management is preferred.
  • Graduates with a keen interest in securing a long-term opportunity in the healthcare industry may also be considered.
  • Leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and other inventory control tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
    Role Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager
  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse activities including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and related products.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply to meet customer demand while minimising overstock and obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records for accounting and reporting purposes.
  • Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to prioritise urgent orders or resolve any logistical issues.
