We're supporting a global medical device organisation in their search for a talented and experienced engineer to join their R&D function. This is a hands-on design and development role suited to someone with strong technical depth, ideally with 5-10 years' experience in product development or sustaining engineering within a regulated industry, with a preference on medical devices.

Key focus areas include:

Leading and coordinating engineering activity on medium to large product development projects

Troubleshooting and resolving complex product issues and experience in NPI/NPD

Reviewing and authoring technical documentation, test plans, and reports

Supporting junior engineers and collaborating cross-functionally (Ops, QA/RA, GPM)
This role would suit a degree-qualified engineer with a background in medical devices or similar regulated sectors, looking for a varied technical role with real impact.
