Complaints Investigator (Night Shift/ Days shifts) - Join a Global Health care Leader in Witney!

If so, we're looking for you! We're seeking Complaints Investigators to join our team at a leading global medical device and health care company based in Witney, Oxfordshire.

What You'll Do:

Investigate Product Returns: You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards by conducting thorough investigations into customer-returned products, meticulously identifying the root cause of any issues. (This is not a customer service role; you won't be handling customer calls!)
Uncover Trends: You'll utilise our advanced computer systems to analyse data, identifying trends and patterns in product complaints to proactively prevent future issues.
Drive Efficiency: You'll actively contribute to improving processes, implementing new and enhanced procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate for Success: You'll communicate professionally with colleagues worldwide, sharing insights and collaborating on team goals.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: You'll stay informed about new product developments and actively participate in ensuring complaint readiness activities before launch.
Be a Problem Solver: You'll leverage your analytical skills to pinpoint trends in product complaints and bring these to the attention of management for further investigation.

Pay Rate: £16.49 per hour (Nights), £15.29 (Days)
Location: Witney, OX29 0YL
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm to 7am (temporary role)
What We're Looking For:

Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in using computer packages, including Word and Excel.
Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and accurately document findings.
Analytical Mindset: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information to find root causes.
Qualifications: Secondary education, or equivalent qualification, completed in Maths and English.
Additional Requirements:

Experience (Beneficial): laboratory best practice, problem solving, and root cause analysis is a plus but not essential.
5 Years of Referencing: A 5-year referencing history (employment or alternative activity) will be required for successful applicants.
Eligibility: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
