How to Find Hidden Medical Technology Jobs in the UK Using Professional Bodies like IMechE, ABHI & More

Medical technology (medtech) is one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-evolving sectors—combining engineering, healthcare, data science, and innovation. From diagnostic devices and surgical robotics to wearable sensors and AI-powered imaging, medtech is reshaping modern healthcare delivery. But while the demand for skilled professionals is high, many of the best medtech jobs in the UK are never publicly advertised. We’ll show you how to use membership directories, special interest groups (SIGs), and innovation networks to connect with employers and discover opportunities before they’re posted online.
