Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing (Days)

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and/or mechanical support across all areas of manufacturing whilst ensuring adherence to strict GMP standards. This will include both planned and reactive maintenance.

The client are a leading medical technology business developing and producing cutting edge technology to advance the world of health.

Description

As a maintenance Technician you will:

Carry our a range of preventative and reactive maintenance
Maintain a range of production machinery across the GMP environment
Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs
Advise on technical issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse and monitor breakdown frequency, and monitor machine performance

The role will follow a shift pattern of 3-on, 3-off from 10am-10pm.

Profile

To be success full you will have:

Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or tooling / plastic processing
Experience with high volume manufacturing, ideally in a GMP environment
Understanding of high speed automated assembly processes
Excellent problem solving and fault finding ability Job Offer
