We have an exciting new entry level opportunity for an Ethics & Compliance Analyst to join our Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and Secretariat Function (LRECS). In this role you will be part of a small, innovative, and highly visible team that plays a critical role in upholding our values and protecting our business. You'll gain hands-on experience across ethics, compliance, and investigations - and contribute to meaningful work that makes a difference.

Location: We work flexibly in line with our Flexible First working arrangements believing that empowered colleagues are happier and more productive. The successful candidate will, however, need to be comfortable commuting to our Windsor office on at least a once-weekly basis.

Team: Group Ethics & Compliance & Group Fraud & Investigations

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our dynamic and high-impact Group Ethics & Financial Crime team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's eager to develop their skills in data analytics, compliance, and fraud investigations within a FTSE 100 environment.

What you'll be doing:

Ethics Focus

Maintain and enhance dashboards and declarations registers across the Group.
Analyse data from Speak Up cases, conflicts of interest reports, and gifts and hospitality submissions, supporting reporting to senior forums.
Monitor trends in the data and support evidence-based actions
Ensure that the ethics functions and registers are well set-up to be user-friendly and enabled to collate data effectively which provides assurance of their correct functioning

Fraud & Investigations Focus

Provide data analytics support to the Group Fraud & Investigations team.
Support desktop investigations with data gathering and analysis.

What we're looking for:

Comfortable working with data and skilled in tools like Power BI.
A keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
(Highly desirable) Understanding of practical use and leverage of AI to support data analytics
(Desirable) Experience in compliance, investigations, or data analysis
