Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week). Travel to other sites may be required.

Pay Rate: £339.27 - £376.97 per day (PAYE), or £450 - £500 per day (Umbrella)

As part of the Global Clinical Operations community, you will help innovate how we conduct trials, enhancing the experience for patients, caregivers, and site staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of one or more studies through all phases (start-up, conduct, and closedown), adhering to ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.
Represent the UK on the global study team, acting as a key liaison.
Cultivate strong relationships with sites and oversee recruitment in your country.
Provide direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
Work with relevant country PDG colleagues for timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments.
Maintain quality and compliance while driving study timelines, budget, and risk management.
Partner with PDG colleagues to address questions and audits from IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees.Who You Are:
