Working for this fantastic, creative company on a hybrid basis, this role is responsible for creating, managing and reporting on registration data and manage delegate communications.

Job Description:

  • Attend all client meetings to ensure full understanding of project requirement

  • Plan and produce project timelines and milestones for delegate management

  • Manage personal, client specific, meeting specific shared inboxes

  • Manage communication of delegate status updates to clients in a timely manner

  • Manage ongoing communication of data to suppliers within project timeframes

  • Manage the checking and cleansing of all external data received from clients and/or suppliers

  • Accurately prioritize problems/initiatives in time-sensitive situations

  • Manage all data obtained during the registration process ensuring checking and cleansing regularly throughout the lifecycle of the meeting

  • Manage & utilise all training and process documents, project plans and communication documents

  • Reporting

  • Manage client expectations with regard format/types of reports and frequency of reports

  • Manage and deliver status reports, progress reports & supplier reports as standard

  • Work with suppliers to obtain best prices and best practice throughout all projects

  • Directly liaise with suppliers to provide data lists for applicable services

    Person Specification:

  • Experienced in delivering Congresses, Investigator Meetings & Advisory Boards.

  • Good knowledge of industry codes of conduct

  • Good knowledge of internal healthcare compliance programs and policies.

  • Proficient in the use of Cvent Event Management Tools

  • Must have proven experience in a similar role

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

    Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead (hybrid)

  • £34,000 - £38,000

  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

  • Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) (Must have worked for the company for 6 months to be eligible)

  • Commission for all New Client Business introduced (% paid for the first year of business)
