    The Role:

  • Reactive and PPM across the region including AHU's, Plumbing, Pipework, Water Management and Plant Rooms.

  • Keep clients informed of developments and maintain detailed records of activities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

  • Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical

  • Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.

  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
