    Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on plumbing systems on the site (UCLH) including pipework, sinks, taps and plant room.

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Handle modifications and installations as required.

  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

  • Work as part of a team of 15 dedicated engineers.

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 Plumbing Qualification

  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.

    Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8am - 5pm

  • No On Call Rota!
