Kinetic Industrial are recruiting for an Administrator for a Reading based client. The successful applicant will be working for a well-known medical devices company who have a global presence, and a great reputation within their industry.

This is a temporary to permanent, office based position based in Reading where you will be required to work 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

As an Administrator, you will be:

  • Providing excellent customer service, e.g. answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.
  • Completing duties such as filing, photocopying, recording of invoices and raising of purchase / sales orders
  • Keeping and maintaining records for medical devices
  • Ordering and maintenance of stock to agreed levels
  • Participating in monthly stock taking
  • Accountability, distribution and control of petty cash.
  • Supporting the administration of HR related activities as and when required
  • Assisting in the arrangement of meetings, conferences and any internal or external events. Ensuring catering arrangements and equipment bookings are in place
  • Undertaking any other duties or tasks as reasonably required

    Requirements:
  • Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities
  • Minimum NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an administrative / customer service position
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours if the need arises
  • Work in a team environment

    In return for working for this great company, you will receive:
  • £12.24 per hour / £25,466 per annum
  • A permanent job after 12 weeks
