We are seeking a driven Account Manager to represent a portfolio of advanced surgical solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with surgeons, theatre staff, and key hospital stakeholders to deliver exceptional value, build trusted relationships, and drive growth in a competitive yet rewarding market. You will be responsible for promoting an innovative range of capital equipment.

Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager

  • Proven sales ability with a solution-selling approach and the confidence to manage large-value, complex sales prospects with long lead times.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a keen understanding of the medical market, ideally with exposure to UK operating theatre trends and procedures.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with healthcare professionals and key decision makers, including C-Suite executives.

  • Experience in an operating theatre environment with a solid understanding of various surgical procedures is highly advantageous.

  • Highly self-managed and organised, with the ability to take full ownership of your territory and sales pipeline.

    Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager

  • Forge meaningful partnerships with surgeons, theatre staff, nurses, procurement teams, finance leaders, and medical engineering specialists—becoming a trusted ally who understands their needs and delivers solutions that make a real impact.

  • Collaborate and influence alongside your territory team and cross-functional partners, sharing market insights and feedback to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.

  • Empower surgical teams by providing hands-on guidance in patient and procedure positioning, ensuring the safe, effective, and confident use of our client’s innovative products.

  • Be the go-to expert, showcasing deep product knowledge and offering valuable insights across the complete range of state-of-the-art operating tables and accessories.
