Location: Surrey, Sussex & Kent
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (OTE £60k–£70k in year 1–2)

Trusted Recruiter are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Product Specialist to cover Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of specialist equipment, including seating, standing frames, mobility aids, and hygiene solutions. You’ll be working with NHS services, special schools, and private markets, helping people with disabilities access the best solutions to improve their quality of life, while supporting families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of people with disabilities and recommend suitable products.
  
  
• Develop new business and manage existing accounts across Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, schools, and private clients.
  
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  
  
• Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to clients.
  
  
• Contribute insights to support product development and market growth.
  
  About You
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related sectors is advantageous.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  
  
• Organised, with good time management and territory planning skills.

  Package & Benefits
  
  
• Basic salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE).
  
  
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60k–£70k.
