Cure Talent are delighted to be partnering with a global med-tech company dedicated to the development and clinical advancement of patented lifesaving medical technologies and innovations, in their search for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain or Logistics professional to play a key role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, supplier management and delivery performance within a highly regulated medical device environment.
What you will be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain activities across subcontractors, raw material and packaging suppliers.
  • Lead weekly supplier meetings to ensure visibility, alignment and on-time delivery to support customer and production needs.
  • Coordinate supplier delivery schedules, confirming and communicating key dates to maintain accurate purchase and works orders in Sage.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.
  • Oversee warehousing and 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and company SOPs.
  • Support inventory control activities including reconciliation, variance investigation and management of quarantined or reworked stock.
  • Provide logistics support, covering transport planning, freight purchase orders and invoice verification.
    What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role, ideally within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Pharma or Food.
  • Proficient in Sage 200, with strong understanding of warehouse management systems and operations.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel.
