Looking for a great opportunity to work in a dynamic teams? MoviantoLutterworth is looking for a Quality Coordinator to support!

Your primarily focus will be on department functions concerning the warehousing and transport activities within Movianto UK.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £28,349.15 per annum.

Purpose of the role

Providing Quality Departmental oversight and support for the Operations teams working in operational processes and within the Movianto Network. The role will receive daily supervisory from the Quality Manager, and technical support from other Quality Departmental functions as required.

How you'll make an impact as a Quality Coordinator at Movianto:

  • Promoting Movianto UK Quality Management System processes to maintain a high standard
  • of compliance to Good Distribution Practice, to MHRA Guidelines, and to ISO 9001, ISO
  • 13485 and ISO 14001.
  • Carry out Quality Department activities, including reviewing depot temperature data and investigating incidents or trends.
  • Review temperature trace data for products being returned to stock prior to RP approval.
  • Support qualification of vehicles and warehouse storage areas, including data logger setup and mapping reports for RP approval.
  • Assist with the calibration and maintenance programme for temperature monitoring devices, including certificate review and sign-off.
  • Provide quality authorisation for release from transport quarantine following temperature excursions or other quarantine events.
  • Authorise release of products received at Goods In and products authorised by clients.
  • Ensure Movianto UK Quality documentation remains current and up to date.
  • Maintain Deviation, CAPA and Audit logs.
  • Issue and manage Deviations and CAPAs, including reviewing completed reports and conducting effectiveness checks.
  • Accompany and undertake internal audits of QMS and GDP compliance, including completion
  • Handle day-to-day Quality queries and escalate reported or identified issues to clients as required.

What it will take to thrive as a Quality Coordinator at Movianto:

  • Advanced Level educated or similar level preferred
  • Experience within Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare Industry is desirable
  • Familiarisation of ISO 9001 is essential
  • Good working knowledge of GDP Guidelines is desirable
  • Positive attitude to seek additional tasks to develop knowledge and experience
  • Must be able to work in a team and independently demonstrating a high level of performance
  • Able to work under pressure, in a busy and demanding environment, and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to present and communicate with confidence to a wide range of audiences
  • Must be practical with excellent organisational skills, and able to prioritise
  • High attention to detail is required in all areas
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages particularly Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
