We are partnering with a well-established, specialist orthopaedics organisation that is recruiting for a Territory Manager to lead and grow its presence across the South West. The role offers a balanced mix of sales ownership and in-theatre involvement, with regular interaction alongside surgeons and clinical staff. You’ll be joining a technically focused team where product knowledge and customer relationships are genuinely valued It’s an excellent opportunity for a driven medical sales professional who wants ownership of their region and the chance to build deep clinical relationships.

    Ideal Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical device sales with regular theatre exposure and the ability to confidently support surgical cases in hospital settings.

  • Experience managing an independent sales territory, building key hospital and surgeon relationships,

  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance standards and professional conduct requirements, with a full UK driving licence and flexibility to meet customer and business needs.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, customer services, and operations to coordinate consignments, site visits, and regional support as business needs require.

  • Provide in-theatre product support and clinical case coverage, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to ensure effective product use and strong customer experience.

  • Deliver territory sales targets through proactive account management, structured territory planning, and consistent in-field activity across nominated UK hospitals.

  • Manage forecasting, reporting, and account documentation, including monthly performance updates, rolling surgical forecasts, and consignment planning.
