Graduate Engineer, Norwich:

Provide first-line technical support to customers (likely to be Lab Staff) via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise customer downtime.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
