Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator Associate
Contract: Until end of year
Location: Remote
Hours: Part Time 5 days a week half days
Pay £26.92ph

SRG are partnered with a global medical products and technologies company. Our client is focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions, with leading positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence care, and infusion care.

Role overview

The Project Coordinator Associate is part-time role within the Project Management Organization support digital health solution team. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reporting
Responsible for track expense, forecast costs, and provide reports on the financial status of projects
Ensure resource allocation is efficient
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all necessary topics are covered
Facilitate meeting logistics in meeting preparation and in follow-ups
Manage third party vendors in term of onboarding, SOW, deliverable tracking, and budget tracking.Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
Basic understanding of project management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and highly self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
