Quality Manager - East Yorkshire (Fully Remote) - up to £85,000 + Benefits - REF 1999

I am currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to work for a leading engineering organisation based in East Yorkshire, but can performed on a fully remote basis. Salary up to £85,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been established for over 20 years and are deemed market leaders for their products. They deal heavily within the UK, but also Europe and the USA, with demand for their products increasing quickly outside of their typical locations currently serviced.

To support the business with its direction moving forwards and to aid with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint a Quality Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Quality Manager, you will take complete responsibility for quality and compliance within the company as they look to bring the manufacturing of their products in house. This will be a very autonomous role and you will be expected to ensure quality systems are set up to succeed and products comply with the necessary standards, therefore owning and managing all Product Technical Files ensuring all regulatory documentation is in place for the product range. This will also include updating and managing future instructions for use (IFU's) for their products.

Essential Requirements:

Experience as a Quality Manager, Head of Quality, Compliance Manager, Head of Regulatory Affairs or similar where you've led a quality function within a business
Experience with some or all of the following CE, MHRA and UKCADesirable Requirements:

Experience with FDA
Experience with ISO:13485
Experience transitioning manufacturing from sub-contractors to in house
Experience setting up a quality department, helping one gain approval for a new standard or transforming oneThis is an incredibly rare and very exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a very stable company that is giving you the platform to own quality and set things up as you see fit.
