What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of Artwork Management, liaising with regulatory affairs and third-party stakeholders.

  • Review and approve artwork proofs with precision and attention to detail.

  • Manage and control Master BPRs and BARs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Drive improvements by amending and implementing approved changes to critical documents.

  • Play a key role in Product Quality Report preparation and controlled document management.

  • Author and review critical manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and logs.

  • Oversee batch record approvals on SAGE, ensuring compliance with strict quality standards.

  • Manage vendor relationships, collecting and verifying essential quality documentation.

  • Take charge of technical agreements, risk assessments, and compliance gap analyses.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support and contribute to regulatory inspections and external audits.

  • Lead investigations into deviations, change controls, and CAPAs, ensuring timely resolutions.

  • Review and validate product specifications and methods, keeping them up to date.

  • Handle supplier complaints and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Ensure self-inspections are conducted regularly and drive continuous quality enhancements.

  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to compile CTD modules for MHRA submissions.

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with industry accreditations.
