Are you a strategic thinker and data-driven leader with a passion for digital transformation? Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is seeking an exceptional Head of Performance to shape and drive performance management across the organisation.

About the Role

As Head of Performance, you will lead DHCW’s performance management framework, ensuring the organisation meets its strategic objectives and delivers high-impact transformation programmes. You will be at the forefront of digital performance management, providing expert insights, guiding decision-making, and enhancing service delivery through robust data analytics.

What You’ll Do



Lead with impact – Inspire a team and a wider community of practice to champion performance excellence.

Drive data-led decision-making – Oversee comprehensive performance analysis, ensuring the organisation meets its statutory reporting requirements.

Develop and implement performance frameworks – Design and embed KPIs, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and quality assurance measures.

*

Innovate and problem-solve – Address complex performance challenges, identifying key insights to enhance digital healthcare delivery.

*

Collaborate and influence – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, influencing policy to help shape NHS Wales' performance strategy.

Byddwch ar flaen y gad o ran rheoli perfformiad digidol, gan ddarparu mewnwelediadau arbenigol, arwain y broses o wneud penderfyniadau, a gwella darpariaeth gwasanaethau drwy ddadansoddi data cadarn.

Arloesi a datrys problemau – Mynd i’r afael â heriau perfformiad cymhleth, gan nodi mewnwelediadau allweddol i wella darpariaeth gofal iechyd digidol.

Cydweithio a dylanwadu – Gweithio’n agos gyda rhanddeiliaid mewnol ac allanol, gan ddylanwadu ar bolisi i helpu i lunio strategaeth perfformiad GIG Cymru.
