The Company
A forward-thinking exciting medical company that is going through a strong period of growth and seeking a Production Assembler to join the team.

The Role
Assembling small scale medical devices

Prepared to work under disciplined conditions within a clean-room environment

Conduct work safely

Completing batch, and other, documents diligently and accurately thereby assuring robust records.

Planning work along with supervisor.

Maintain material stock record accuracy

Ensuring compliance with all procedures and the quality management system.

In-process inspection of own work and independent verification and testing of other’s work.

Make accurate use of assembly equipment and systems.

Carry out tasks on miniature components using optical assistance such as vision systems and microscopes

Health and safety: to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Performing production tasks as required by the Production manager

The Candidate
Experience working in manufacturing
Soldering skills would be ideal
Good secondary education
High standard of attention to detail
Experience in visual inspection and excellent attention to detail
Demonstrable practical skills and very high manual dexterity

The Salary
The salary offered for this position is £25,000- £30,000 to candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
