We are partnering with a growing branded consumer healthcare business that is recruiting for a National Account Manager. This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely influential role, with ownership of national strategy and the freedom to shape brand performance across major UK retail and grocery customers. The environment is fast-moving, commercial and collaborative, with close access to senior leadership and a strong focus on doing things properly rather than being overly corporate.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a national basis – with some expectation to be in the Leicestershire office

    Ideal Requirements

  • Previous experience operating as a National Account Manager within healthcare or FMCG environments

  • A proven track record of success in retail / grocery

  • Ability to hit the ground running with proven experience handling buyer objections

  • Brings strong energy, enthusiasm and a clear commercial focus

    Role Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the national plan to grow the branded portfolio, balancing sales growth with strong margin and promotional effectiveness.

  • Act as the senior commercial contact for major mass-market retailers, negotiating listings, pricing and promotions to drive long-term brand success.

  • Use market trends, customer insight and performance data to spot opportunities, unlock new business and continuously refine the approach.

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to bring plans to life, ensuring launches, promotions and customer activity land effectively in market.
