Embedded Software Engineer - £35-45k – Maidenhead – On-site

My client is an established company in their niche providing product development services for a range of sectors. Due to sustained success, they’re expanding their engineering team.

Main duties:

  • Developing bespoke firmware & software solutions

  • Staying on the cutting edge of technology by researching new techniques & technologies

  • Working across departments to integrate software & firmware with various platforms

    Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience working with medical devices/technology

  • Experience of OOP, embedded C/C++, and STM-32 microcontrollers (or similar)

  • Experience of BS EN 62304 medical device software

  • Experience with the full software development life cycle

    Bonus:

  • Use of embedded systems; Arduino, Rasperry Pi, JTAG etc.

  • Bachelors in computer engineering, computer science, or relevant discipline

    What you’ll get:

  • £32-45k DOE
