Digital Marketing Manager

£60,000 - £65,000

Working with an innovative Biotechnology company who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of end-to-end digital marketing projects, leveraging various digital channels. You'll bring expert knowledge of SEO, PPC, website management, email marketing, and paid social advertising to drive impactful and measurable results.

Must have experience working in B2B companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing strategy, optimising SEO, PPC, remarketing, email marketing, and paid social advertising with external agency support.
Assist in building a thought-leadership reputation through integrated marketing efforts.
Manage website optimisation, ensuring a seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and mobile compatibility.
Lead new website development with internal stakeholders and agencies.
Oversee marketing automation and workflows via CRM.
Manage end-to-end online marketing projects and digital channel accounts, social media platforms.
Coordinate with agencies and external suppliers, assisting with budget maintenance.
Be data driven, analyse and provide reporting on KPIs for senior stakeholders.Skills & Experience:

Experience managing digital marketing strategies and tools, such as HubSpot & NetSuite
Must be experienced in SEO, PPC, remarketing, email marketing, paid & unpaid social advertising
Background in Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, or MedTech is desirable
Strong mathematical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics.
Project management experience.
Proficiency with Content Management Systems
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBenefits:
