Evolve are recruiting for a leading marketing and distribution organisation who specialise in reproductive health and are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join their team. You’ll play a key role in diving brand growth, crafting impactful campaigns, and bringing innovative health solutions to life. This is a full-time hybrid role working 2 days from home and 3 days in our clients head office in Hertfordshire.

Ideal Requirements for the Associate Brand Manager

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience, preferably within the health & wellness, nutritional supplements, healthcare, or OTC brand sectors, bringing a genuine passion for improving consumer wellbeing.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently while contributing positively to a dynamic, collaborative culture.

    Role Responsibilities for the Associate Brand Manager

  • Drive the execution of innovative marketing initiatives that align seamlessly with the company’s overall brand and growth strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging, synchronised campaigns, and timely delivery of impactful salesforce materials.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and guide data-driven decision-making.

  • Enhance customer engagement by responding to marketing-related inquiries, maintaining up-to-date FAQs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
