Oversee complex production workflows in a specialist dental laboratory, providing technical leadership across CAD/CAM, milling, 3D printing, PMMA, zirconia and ceramics. Troubleshoot equipment and software issues, improve efficiency and quality, and coach technicians and departmental leads. Reports to the Associate Director after a structured induction.

Performs visual, dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies and final medical device assemblies, interpreting prints, drawings and wire lists to approve or reject in-process and final product. Also handles document review and archiving of DHRs, non-conformance quarantine documentation, ERP release transactions and First Article Inspection verification. Night shift role within a GMP-regulated quality team supporting KPI and throughput goals.
