We’re looking for a Surgical Solutions Manager to join ourSports Medicine based in theCentral London area, where you’ll be the go-to expert for our innovative surgical technologies. What will you be doing?

As our Surgical Solutions Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver smarter, safer surgical solutions, within ourSports Medicine division. You’ll work closely with surgeons and theater teams, providing expert clinical support and training to ensure the safe and effective use of our products. You’ll manage high-value accounts, identify growth opportunities, and lead product trials that showcase the benefits of our cutting-edge technologies. From mapping key stakeholders to supporting stock and equipment management, you’ll be a trusted partner in driving adoption and improving health outcomes.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a confident communicator, a clinical expert and a strategic thinker. You’ll be passionate about healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.

  • Experience in the medical device industry or equivalent clinical background, ideally with operating theater exposure
  • Strong clinical aptitude and the ability to educate healthcare professionals on innovative technologies
  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value accounts through excellent relationship building and customer focus
  • A relevant professional qualification or undergraduate degree
  • A valid driving licence
