Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) partners with hospitals to transform operational performance through innovative supply chain services, digital solutions and data driven insights.

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Systems, Master Data & Analytics will lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of IHS’s supply chain digital ecosystem across 300+ clinical environments. This remote role ensures robust, secure, and scalable systems, high-quality master data, and actionable analytics to support operational, financial, and customer excellence. Acting as a bridge between Supply Chain and IT, the role drives standardization, automation, and system-enabled managed services, with a requirement to travel up to 25% across EMEA sites.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Systems Ownership & Digital Capability Leadership – Own IHS’s supply chain systems ecosystem, including SAP, Ingenica, GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), and reporting platforms. Lead system roadmap, vendor governance, platform performance, security, and continuity strategies
  • Master Data Governance & Quality – Manage end-to-end master data for catalogue, suppliers, products, locations, and inventory. Ensure accuracy, consistency, lifecycle management, and integration across all systems
  • Data & Analytics Leadership – Lead design, delivery, and governance of dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and the Supply Chain Data Lake. Drive actionable insights to improve inventory, service levels, and operational efficiency
  • Implementation & New Account Activation – Ensure system and master data readiness for new Managed Service activations, overseeing configuration, migration, testing, go-live, and training.
  • Process Standardization, Controls & Compliance – Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, and robust Business Continuity Plans for critical supply chain systems
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the bridge between Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Commercial teams, and hospital partners; translate technical concepts into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders
  • Innovation, Digital Expansion & People Leadership – Drive technology scouting, automation, workflow digitization, and AI-enabled solutions while building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams capable of scaling new digital capabilities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in supply chain systems management, digital transformation, ERP/platform ownership, or analytics leadership; experience across multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Strong understanding of ERP integrations, inventory management systems, data architecture, master data processes; knowledge of Ingenica is a plus
  • Proven experience in system implementations, process automation, analytics delivery, and platform governance
  • Able to translate complex business needs into actionable system and data requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills at all organizational levels
  • Strong project and change management capabilities; able to work independently, drive decisions, manage priorities, and lead cross-functional international teams

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
