This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of a strategically significant manufacturing site. As Site Director for Hull & Melton, you will take full accountability for a complex, multi functional operation and play a critical role within the Wound Global Operations Leadership team. You will define direction, drive transformation and ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional performance in a highly regulated and demanding environment.

What will you be doing?

Your leadership will extend beyond operational excellence. You will champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the site is future ready. From leading large scale transformation programmes to navigating complex regulatory landscapes, you will balance strategic vision with operational discipline.

As a key member of the global operations leadership team, you will also contribute to shaping the future of Wound Operations more broadly, bringing insight, challenge and leadership beyond the site.

What will you need to be successful?
