The Role

Execute the production of medical devices according to strictly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Work within a Grade C (ISO 7) cleanroom environment, adhering to all gowning and sterilization protocols.

Conduct in-process inspections and final checks to ensure every product meets our exacting quality specifications.

Maintain accurate and detailed production records (Batch Manufacturing Records) to ensure full traceability in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

Perform basic setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance of production equipment and tooling.

Contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency by identifying potential process improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful as a Production Operative, you will:

Proven ability to work with small components and perform delicate manual tasks.

An uncompromising approach to quality and the ability to follow complex instructions exactly.

Strong verbal and written English skills for accurate documentation.

A consistent and professional work ethic with a focus on punctuality.

Previous experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing environment. (Not essential)
