Senior Director, Medical Affairs - Medical Excellence

We are looking for an experienced, strategic and highly collaborative Senior Director, Medical Affairs – Medical Excellence to establish and lead the capabilities required for Medical Affairs as Oxford Nanopore expands the clinical application of its technology and its regulated IVD portfolio. This is a senior Medical Affairs leadership role with a broad remit spanning medical strategy, evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies, external expert engagement, medical safety, scientific exchange, medical education and Medical Affairs governance and excellence.

Working across Medical, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Product and Commercial teams, you will establish the frameworks, governance and capabilities needed to ensure that Medical Affairs provides scientifically rigorous, compliant and impactful support throughout the product lifecycle.
