Full-time | Mon-Fri |West Sussex

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a long-established, privately owned international organisation specialising in packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech and diagnostics sectors. With over 75 years of industry experience, the business is now seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of its Quality Management Systems.

Reporting directly to the Head of Quality, this role will involve coordinating quality processes, managing non-conformances, supporting investigations and corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an established quality professional to broaden their experience across auditing, supplier quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, with clear opportunities for future progression within the Quality function.

Skills & Experience Needed:

* Minimum 5 years' experience working within a QMS in a regulated industry

* Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments

* Demonstrable experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigations and Change Control processes

* Strong document control experience, including maintaining SOPs, quality records and databases

* Experience supporting CAPA processes, root cause investigations and corrective action effectiveness reviews

* Knowledge of supplier qualification, monitoring and quality performance management

* Experience supporting internal, supplier, customer and certification body audits would be advantageous

* Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or regulated distribution would be beneficial

* Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* An Internal Auditor qualification and practical auditing experience would be advantageous

The organisation offers the opportunity to join an established quality team within a business operating in highly regulated markets, where quality, compliance and continuous improvement are central to its operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to develop their technical knowledge, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career within a supportive, internationally established organisation.
