  • Collaborating with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet delivery and quality goals.
    What You’ll Bring:
    Essential:
  • Proven experience in precision assembly in aerospace, defence, electronics, or medical sectors.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and comfort working with small, delicate parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Deep commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC-A-610 quality standards.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
    Desirable:
  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 soldering certification.
  • Experience in ESD-safe or cleanroom environments.
  • Exposure to MES/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
    What’s in It for You:
  • Immediate Start – No long hiring process
  • Core Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm
  • Optional Overtime during peak periods
  • Work with industry-leading technology and high-performance teams
  • Gain experience in a mission-critical sector that demands the best
Note: Interviews will include a practical assessment of fine assembly skills.
