Location: Raynes Park, SW20

Pay Rate: £13-£14ph plus holiday

Contract Type: Temp (min 6 months) possibly permanent opportunity
Working Pattern: Hours: 40 hours per week (Between 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm & 8:30am-5:30pm - can vary)

We're on the hunt for a cheerful and professional Patient Coordinator to join our clients vibrant medical team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, juggling multiple tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

What You'll Do:
As the Patient Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of their patient experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients with a warm smile and assisting them throughout their visit.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
Handling patient enquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Collaborating with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Assisting with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
