Medical Sales Representative – Respiratory Diagnostics

* £40-50k Negotiable base salary £24k Commission (Uncapped with accelerators for over performance), Car allowance and exceptional benefits.

Product Portfolio – A full respiratory diagnostics portfolio dealing with Spirometry, Single Breath CO Gas Transfer, Lung Volumes - Gas Dilution and Full Body Plethysmography, CPET & ECG

Role –

The Medical Sales Professional will sell a range of respiratory diagnostics solutions spanning Spirometry, Single Breath CO Gas Transfer, Lung Volumes - Gas Dilution and Full Body Plethysmography, CPET & ECG. Most of the sale is made in the hospital space (70-80%) to clinical respiratory professionals including Respiratory Scientists, Respiratory Physiologists, Pulmonary Physiologists and Pulmonary Scientists but the sale also involves contacts within the community setting. In addition to working with key end user stakeholders the appointed person will negotiate and develop strategies / arguments for the clinical procurement teams based on health economic arguments. The role demands an exceptional negotiator who can navigate the NHS buying process and ensure revenue and margin are maintained from territory. A mixture of new business and account management this is a home based, targeted, sales role that requires extensive travel and potentially occasional nights away from home…

Applicant –

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally with:

* 1–2 years’ experience selling capital solutions into hospitals

* Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles

* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

* Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset

Above all, we seek someone hardworking, ethical, and hungry for success, who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Alternatively we may consider candidates working as clinical respiratory physiologists with some commercial experience.
