A Medical Devices Sales role with a leading Medical Devices distributor, partnering exclusively with a choice selection of European medical equipment manufacturers.
The product portfolio includes Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and Robotics
Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team that is making a significant impact in the medical device industry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieve regional sales plan.
* Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in the NHS and private sectors.
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
* Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders in coordination with senior leadership.
* Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance product adoption.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referring clinicians.
* Monitor competitive activity and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
* Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements / Expectations
* Previous experience in medical devices sales, with experience selling in hospital theatres.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Thorough understanding of national / local health care systems
* You must live on territory
* A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required
