Overview

Join a leading global medical device and healthcare company and play a crucial, hands-on role in ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.


Location: Sittingbourne, Kent


Pay Rate: £13 per hour


Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm


Responsibilities

  • Equipment Management: Precisely handling the receiving, packing, and decontamination of medical equipment.
  • Inventory & Stores: Maintaining optimal stock levels of consumables to support the team and ensure maximum throughput and efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance: Upholding excellent housekeeping to GMP/GLP standards, strictly adhering to all safety recommendations, including proper PPE usage, and contributing to safety assessments.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identifying and documenting potential improvements to processes and departmental documentation to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Flexibility & Support: Providing flexible support to other areas of the business when required and undertaking general departmental duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • PC Proficiency: Confident user of computers, with practical experience using databases and spreadsheets.
  • Focus & Consistency: An ability to maintain a high and consistent level of performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Work Ethic: A proactive, committed, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
