Are you an Supervisor/Installation manager, ideally with experience within highly regulated environments, looking to take the next step in your career within a growing, market leading organisation?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business specialising in the design and installation of specialist facilities, where you will manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while contributing to a positive and collaborative company culture.

The company is well established years and works across pharmaceutical, healthcare, research, and biomedical sectors. With ongoing projects and a healthy project pipeline, they are now seeking a Installation Manager to ensure project success and support company growth.

In this varied role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, lead effectively, manage compliance with safety and quality standards, and act as the key point of contact to ensure project objectives are met.

This role would suit a Manager with proven practical experience, looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role, with opportunities to progress further within a supportive and collaborative organisation.

The Role:

Managing site operations and subcontractor coordination

Overseeing project execution and ensuring safety and quality compliance

Leading installers and acting as the primary on-site point of contact

Monday to Friday (Permanent role)
