A global medical device leader is seeking a 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to drive usability and human-centred design for innovative device development projects. This is a key role shaping design, prototyping, and testing with direct impact on patient safety and user experience.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
📌 Experience in usability engineering (medical device/pharma, syringe experience preferred)
📌 Strong knowledge of IEC 62366 for medical device development
📌 Setting up, conducting & analysing usability trials (informal & formal)
📌 Experience with DFMEA, UFMEA, design input tables, DHF documentation
📌 Translating HF data into actionable design inputs for R&D teams
📌 Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
📌 Familiarity with user-centred design principles & human behaviour analysis

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔ Hands-on prototyping and informal testing experience
✔ Background in medical device usability / clinical context
