The Role

You will administer customer contracts at National, Regional and Trust level, coordinating renewals and expiry activity, implementing and maintaining pricing, monitoring compliance with volume estimates or patient requirements, and responding to pricing queries. You’ll also manage the end-to-end process for tenders advertised via Contracts Finder—maintaining logs, coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders, submitting responses to buyers, tracking outcomes, and supporting contract implementation where successful.

Day-to-day, you will:

Identify and apply for relevant tenders, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged from the outset

Coordinate internal responses (commercial, technical and operational), set deadlines, and drive timely completion

Complete standard tender sections, collate inputs, and submit final tender responses—ensuring receipt and accurate logging

Prepare quotations, price confirmations and customer correspondence on behalf of the Sales Team

Maintain contract/agreement pricing accurately on SAP, including adjustments following renewal, award, or loss

Produce and distribute contract expiry reporting to sales teams and monitor compliance

Resolve internal and external pricing queries, validate against contract commitments, and raise credit/debit approval paperwork where required

Build effective working relationships with NHS buyers, budget holders and other external stakeholders

Participate in relevant business stream and sales meetings when required, and provide cover for absence/leave as neededYou will have the following qualifications & experience

Proven experience coordinating NHS tenders and contract administration within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, homecare services, or a similar regulated environment

Expert ability to manage pricing integrity, contract data, and documentation with strong attention to detail

Proven capability using Microsoft Office and maintaining pricing/contract information on SAP (or equivalent ERP)

Strong analytical and numerate skills, with the ability to monitor usage and support margin calculations for tenders/quotations using computer tools

Confident, concise communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively by phone and in person with internal teams and external NHS stakeholders

Proven ability to write clear, professional customer-facing correspondence to a high standard of English

Extensive organisation and time management skills, able to prioritise competing demands and consistently meet tender/customer deadlines
