This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to break into a commercial role within MedTech and build a strong foundation in commercial operations.

What will you be doing?

As aCommercial Operations Specialist, you will step into a varied and delivery focused role, managing a portfolio of commercial projects that support the wider Commercial Centre of Excellence. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure continuity and momentum across key initiatives.

Your day to day will involve analysing data, supporting commercial operations, contributing to reporting and insight generation, and helping turn complex information into clear, actionable understanding. You will balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time and with minimal disruption to the business.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from curiosity, accuracy and a genuine interest in how commercial operations work in practice.

You will bring:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally aligned to commercial, business, analytics or operational disciplines
  • An interest in working with sales analytics, reporting or commercial operations topics, supported by a data driven mindset
  • Confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
  • A continuous improvement approach, with strong attention to detail and high standards of quality
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce, ideally within a complex commercial or healthcare environment
