A leading medical technology company is seeking a Clinical Sales Support Specialist to join their team in a field-based role covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, South Northamptonshire and parts of West and North West London.

• Support the sale of medical technology products across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, South Northamptonshire and parts of West and North West London.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and clinical support.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits and usage.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and support the successful adoption of new products.

• Minimum of five year's experience within clinical sales support or the medical device/healthcare sector.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of UK healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing a territory and prioritising multiple accounts.
• Ability to identify market trends and commercial opportunities.
• Organised, collaborative and passionate about improving patient outcomes.
