Wir suchen im Auftrag eines internationalen MedTech-Unternehmens mit EMEA-Zentrale in Berlin eine/n Teamleiter/in Montage.

Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert hochzuverlässige, technologiegestützte Systeme für den klinischen Einsatz, kombiniert Hardware, Software und Datenintelligenz und arbeitet nach höchsten Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.

Ihre Aufgaben



Planung und Steuerung der täglichen Montageabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Produktivität

*

Optimierung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Beseitigung von Engpässen

*

Verbesserung von Ausstattung, Arbeitsabläufen und Produktionsumgebung

*

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Betriebs-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

*

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualität, Supply Chain und Operations

FĂĽhrungsverantwortung

*

Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 8 Montage-Techniker:innen

*

Förderung einer Kultur der Eigenverantwortung, Leistung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

*

Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung

*

Koordination und Durchsetzung von Standardprozessen und Richtlinien

Ihr Profil

*

Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

*

Erfahrung in Montage oder Fertigung, idealerweise in regulierten Branchen (MedTech, Elektronik, Industrie)

*

Erfahrung in FĂĽhrung oder Teamleitung

*

Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

*

Hands-on-Mentalität in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
